Our Growth and Regeneration Plan is built around three focus areas:

• People: Equipping communities with the skills for high‑value, sustainable careers.
• Productivity: Accelerating growth in transformative sectors such as advanced manufacturing, financial and professional services, and pioneering space technologies.
• Place: Reimagining the district through smarter transport networks, revitalised urban centres, and inclusive, sustainable housing alongside green infrastructure.

Our Partnership’s Five Objectives:

Objective 1: Create the conditions for business and job growth by supporting new and expanding enterprises, attracting investment, and driving sector-based collaboration.

Objective 2: Raise skills and productivity, driving business growth and higher employment across the district.

Objective 3: Deliver modern, sustainable transport and connectivity, including Mass Transit, a through rail station and a renewed bus network, linking people to jobs, learning and opportunity.

Objective 4: Build Bradford’s profile and image, capitalising on the legacy of UK City of Culture 2025 to attract talent, investment and visitors.

Objective 5: Ensure everyone has access to decent, safe and affordable homes, increasing supply, improving quality and energy efficiency, tackling overcrowding and fuel poverty, and raising standards in the private rented sector.
