Communities and Neighbourhoods are Safe and Strong

We understand that feeling safe is a top priority for everyone. By 2035, we want everyone in Bradford District to feel safe wherever they are—whether walking around their neighbourhood, enjoying time in the city or the towns in the district, travelling to work, or being at home. By working together, we can make the district a safer place for everyone.

Our Partnership’s Five Objectives:

Objective 1: Implement Safety Measures: Ensure people feel safe at all times and are not worried about crime, anti-social behaviour, or disorder.

Objective 2: Collaborate with Neighbourhoods: Work with local communities to understand how best to create and adapt safe places to live, work, and play.

Objective 3: Target Vulnerable Areas: Focus on activities and places that cause concern, especially for those places and people who feel vulnerable.

Objective 4: Sustain stronger communities: Promote pride in local areas and foster a feeling of connection to the community and its people.

Objective 5: Improve air quality for residents in areas with high pollution levels
