Public Path Order: Bolton Road, Silsden
Planning Permission (22/01184/MAF) was granted for a residential development on land to the East of Bolton Road, Silsden. A further application (25/02042/VOC) has been granted to vary some of the conditions of the original planning permission and approve amendments to the layout.
The developer applied to the Council for an order to be made under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to amend public footpaths which cross the site. The order was made on 16 December 2025.
